So we're in Bangkok.
We went on an all-day tour today, got tons of sun, talked to tons of japanese people who happened to be there, and saw lots of awesome ruined temples and Buddha statues.
Temperature-wise it's nothing short of 100 degrees, and so we had to pound water all day. We're eating lots of great food and buying cool stuff.
The title of this entry might be a bit confusing, but let me tell you that it's a sign that I saw on the way to our hostel yesterday. I'm preeeeeeetty sure those are Thai words, and not in fact what they look like at first glance. Probably.

Japanese tourists..they're taking over the world! I'll bet they were surprised to hear you speak! At least when you're in Japan they might suspect it. so sometimes they named their kids with them without knowing what they mean.
I'm jealous of the Thai food you're getting to eat. We found a delicious Thai restaurant in Chicago, but I imagine it's even better in Thailand. Keep having fun, hope there isn't another coup d'etat while you're there!
